About Lisa Kaye Shumway:
I have a Bachelor's degree in Marriage and Family Studies from Brigham Young University and completed my internship in life coaching through BYU (2021). I am also a graduate from the Newfield Network Professional Life Coaching Program (2015) and I abide by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) code of ethics and guidelines. I am currently a behavior coach at A New Leaf, and I coach high-needs youth and their siblings in their struggles with behavioral challenges as well as caregivers in effective, research-based parenting strategies. I believe that developing the ability to move beyond self-limiting beliefs and finding purpose can be the most empowering of all endeavors. Opportunities to share these truths with families and individuals within the community brings even greater purpose and fulfillment. I have found "home" in my life-long journey to coaching. I reside in the Phoenix metropolitan area and have been blessed with five wonderful children and eight sweet grandbabies.
